The honest bit

Why so affordable?

Simple reason: I'm just starting out. I need great-looking work in my portfolio more than I need to make a killing, so the early prices are genuinely low.

Same care, same quality, same proper job — just honest pricing. No agency overheads, no retainers, no £5,000 quotes for a five-page site.

When the diary fills up, the prices go up. If you're thinking about a website, now's the cheapest time you'll ever get.

Starter pricing, while it lasts

£150 one-pager · £350 full site

Fixed before I start. Half to begin, half when you're happy. If you're not happy, you don't pay the rest.

What you get

Built to bring in customers

Found on Google

Basic SEO done properly — the right titles, structure and Google Business Profile help so local customers can actually find you.

Right on every phone

Most of your customers are on a phone. Every site is built mobile-first, so it looks sharp wherever it's seen.

Fast to load

No bloated page builders dragging things down. Clean, quick pages that don't make customers wait — or bounce.

Yours, outright

You own the site, the content and the domain. No lock-in, no hostage situation if you ever want to move on.

Easy to update

A plain-English handover — change your opening hours or prices yourself, without ringing me (or paying me) every time.

No nonsense

You'll know exactly what you're paying for and why. No jargon, no upselling, no three-week wait for a reply.

Sample builds

Starting out, so these are concept builds for now — real client sites land here as they go live. Every build gets the same treatment: fast, mobile-first, built around what the business actually sells.

How it runs

Three steps, start to live

01

Tell me about the business

A quick 15-minute call or message — what you sell, who it's for, and what the site needs to do (bookings, menu, contact, portfolio).

Day 1
02

You get a working draft

A real, clickable site built around your content — not a template with your logo dropped in. Half the price paid to start, the rest held back until you're happy.

Day 2–4
03

A round of tweaks, then it's live

One round of changes, then it's published and yours — with a plain-English handover so you can update your own opening hours without ringing anyone.

Day 5–7
What it costs

Simple pricing, no surprises

All prices in GBP. No VAT to add, no hidden extras — the price we agree is the price you pay.

Questions

Straight answers

Do I actually own the website?
Yes. The site, the content and the domain are all in your name and yours outright. No lock-in, no licence fees — if you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can.
What if I don't like the result?
One round of changes is included, and the second half of the payment is only due once you're happy. That's the point of the 50/50 split — the risk sits with me, not you.
How do payments work?
50% to get started, 50% when you're happy and the site is ready to go live. Bank transfer, no card machines, no subscriptions you didn't ask for.
Who sorts the domain and hosting?
I set it all up for you and you pay the providers directly — a .co.uk domain is usually under £10 a year and simple hosting from about £3 a month. Or the £25/month care plan handles all of it so you never have to think about it.
Can I update it myself afterwards?
Yes. You get a plain-English handover covering the everyday stuff — opening hours, prices, photos, contact details. Anything bigger, just ask; small updates are included in the care plan.
Do you work outside Sussex?
Absolutely. I'm based in Polegate, East Sussex, but everything is done remotely — I work with small businesses anywhere in the UK.
How long will it take?
A one-pager is usually live within 3 days, a full site within a week. I'll give you a date up front and stick to it.
